Andy was great help with planning ahead and a few questions we had. On site, our captain Derlyn was attentive from the moment we arrived. We are from Miami, so we have taken a few boat rides, he was open to us taking a different route than their typical tour. We had an amazing experience, he was alert of the safety and enjoyment of us as well as our kiddos.
