The directions were not clear as we used google to locate the meeting place which ultimately took us to Bayside parking lot. the correct direction should be to meet infront of Bayside Market, bug bus tour kiosk. Also we had a toddler with us so a bit of warning to bring headphones for any baby with noise sensitivity would of been preferred as the engine was loud for her little ears. Our tour guide's depth of knowledge regarding wildlife and the Everglades' history was truly remarkable. Their passion for the environment and the creatures inhabiting it was evident in every fascinating detail they shared. Navigating the serene waters, we were treated to an immersive experience with the alligators, observing them in their natural habitat. The guide's expertise made this encounter not just thrilling but also educational, shedding light on the alligators' behaviours and their critical role in this unique ecosystem. This was the only provider who offered Everglades tour with bus transfer from Miami, price is fair, Santiago the driver is fun and Everglades Holiday park was amazing. Airboat ride with Gus, gator show with a bearded finance guy (forgot the name) and a mini zoo where you can see some albino gators and also hold a baby gator (for 10 bucks). I loved it and next time I would like to explore Everglades even more but this is just perfect for a half day trip from Miami.

Our driver German was great. The guide and boat driver JR was also excellent and we managed to see 2 alligators. The show is made with alligators rescued from people who bought them and abandoned them when they grew up, so they are being treated well, not badly. They also explained to us why they cannot be released.
