What People Are Saying About Mexico City
The history and viewing of the pyramids was a wonderful experience. It is additionally satisfying that the government is supporting anthropologist exploration and restoring important ruins to further relate the importance of this past cultural heritage. Guadalupe Shrine from its beginnings to the modern ediface it presents today was also a lesson in Mexican history. We also were impressed with the breadth and cultural vales of Mexico City.
I actually went to Pyramid instead of this tour. There was some communication problem so I went to Pyramid instead of this tour(anyhow 01.01 Museum closed) I m really so happy & thankful for today. No regret at all. ++our guide Abhner was so helpful and kind and good prepaired ++new car with good driver. ++perfect program to discover Mexico -too late answer about my question(there was unclearness on website, where and when you pick me up) nevertheless you rebooked my tour for Pyramid so I had great tour. Thank you again and happy new year!!
The Teotihuacan Pyramids tour was excellent! The tour included a visit to Tlatelolco in the city, the majestic Guadalupe Shrine and of course the Teotihuacan pyramids. There was also a stop at an artisan market in Teotihuacan with tequila tastings, an artisan workshop demonstration and a tradional buffet lunch option. The tour guide Alejandro was very knowledgeable about the sites and fluent in Spanish & English. The tour did get to a slow start as the hotel pickups in rush hour traffic took almost 3 hours (from about 7am until about 10am). While hotel pickups sound convenient, it would be faster if they simply had a common meeting spot for the group. We were back in Mexico City at around 6:30pm.
Our tour started perfectly on time as agreed, we have been taken to the Plaza de las 3 culturas, then Basílica de Guadalupe, where we also had the chance to Get some nice souveniers in the stores nearby and have them blessed by a priest. We then, went to Teotihuacan, we were received with a good explanation of the different handmade things that the native People worked on, we had enough time for visiting both pyramids, simply awesome! Our tour guide, her name was Sandy, gave us detailed explanation in all three places as well as a very good attention. 100% recommeded.
I had great days in Mexico. I make the Teotihuacán & Guadalupe with sandy. She is very professional and responded to the questions. All tours were very informative and gave me the culture brought closher. When I'm back in Mexico again I would go with amigo tours.
