We didn't expect the group to be as big as it was (over 30 people), but it was managed fairly well. It would have been a better value if they had split the group into two for 1) better transportation (the big bus wasn't easy for small vineyard roads and low tree branches; the pick-up that required us transferring to another vehicle wasn't great and picking up a lot of others en route wasn't ideal) and 2) less time waiting around for people to purchase, use the bathroom, finishing a tasting, etc. We probably could have fit in a 3rd winery visit if we'd had smaller groups. The wineries and olive oil factory we visited were great tours (interesting and not too repetitive if you've done other winery visits), though the wines themselves weren't that great. A third winery visit/tasting would have made this experience feel more complete, as only 2 with so-so wines felt a bit anti-climactic.
Happy and enthusiastic team between driver and Spanish and English guides. Interesting to see wine making processes in the desert. Dis not expect much from oilve factory but was positively surprised they have excellent variety of oil and olives and more so interesting balsamic vinegar production, all very good in tasting. Good way to get introduced into Mendoza wine and oil region.
Very nice Wine Tour. We visited two wineries and one olive oil factory. In every of those places we had a tasting exoerience. Guide was fantastic as well as driver. Vehicle was in really good condition. Overal really nice value for money.
Nice tour, nice guides, a few issues though: when we reached the first yard, the tour had already started so we only could assist the last 5 minutes. Also we did book the tour in Portuguese language but only Spanish was offered.
It was a fantastic trip, but was disappointed that we went to Santa Julia and not the Bodega Zuccardi Valle de Uco as described on the advertisement. This should be changed immediately as we were expecting to go there.
