We had Remi in the morning for the food & city tour. He was very knowledgeable and interesting. Food stops were great and lunch was perfect. Guillaume did the afternoon Medoc wine tasting tour. Once again very knowledgeable and interesting. Tour was nicely paced for the entire day. The only negative was it was difficult to hear in the van during the afternoon part of the tour. Vehicles need to be equipped with some kind of speaker system.
A day discovering two famous bordeaux wine regions was fantastic. We had a wonderful and knowledable guide Estelle and she made our day very enjoyable. We visited a great choice of Chateaus and they all took enough time to discuss interesting topics about wine. We would definatelly recommend this tour further, it was something to remember! Thank you Estelle for going out of your way for us and for beeing such a friendly and funny guide.
We had a GREAT time with Estelle on our tour. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of her way to ensure that we all had an enjoyable day and a memorable experience. She went above and beyond to talk about not just the regions but the wines, and even pastries too! The best guide we have had on a tour! She also had a great relationship with the staff at each chateau, making it in turn a more personal experience. Five stars!
A small group of 8 all got along well together. The 3 chateaux were sufficiently different from each other, and the winery representatives were professional, knowledgeable and in one case humorous. The 8 wines were, of course, wonderful and distinguishable. Our guide, Estelle, was charming, knowledgeable and helpful and drove safely.
Quentin was an excellent quote. Knowledgeable about wine, the area, and his presentation was fun, interesting, and informative. He spoke with 3 different languages with ease and kept us all feeling engaged. It was a wonderful day immersed in French wine.
