The agency and the driver, Carlos got on contact with me on WhatsApp and everything was very clear and went perfectly. My driver, Carlos was very nice and told me about Medellin during the drive, which was very helpful. He even helped me get my bags to my hostel reception. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who arrives to Medellín and wants a safe and reliable transfer to the city :) Will be booking again!

It was EXCELLENT. My driver German Gaviria was on time, had to wait an entire HOUR for me to get through immigration but kept in touch with me the whole time via text so I knew he was still there, very reassuring! He was super friendly, helped with my bags, knew exactly where he was going, and dropped me off and made sure I got inside before he left. I tipped him US $10 which was well worth it. We spoke only Spanish (mine was decent enough!) so I can't vouch for his English. Would definitely HIGHLY recommend this service. Confirmation was constant and really gave me peace of mind, as an older woman traveling alone.
