What to Expect
Depart Maspalomas and head by bus towards the west coast of Gran Canaria, enjoying panoramic views of Puerto de Mogán along the way. Stop at Veneguera before going through the tomato growing region of La Aldea. Then, enter the Barranco de la Aldea, known for its huge canyons and one of the wildest rides on the island.
See Europe's deepest canyon at the Anden Verde in the oldest part of Gran Canaria, formed by volcanic activity millions of years ago. Travel on to the Port of Las Nieves, site of one of the island's most beautiful villages at Agaete. Listen to your guide's explanations about the "Finger of God."
Then, enjoy some free time for lunch (own expense) before passing through Gáldar on the north of the island. Continue towards Guía y San Felipe en route to Las Palmas, where you will stop at Santa Catalina Park before the journey back to the tour end point.
