The guide, Anita and our Driver, were very helpful and caring, they handled well even though the tour operator he had organized had taken more bookings than expected. Anita is a lady who has a passion for her work, and she tried as much as possible to direct us and help us, even though there were so many of us and despite the fact that there were about 20 guys who were really difficult to tame. Overall I recommend it.

Initially, our names were not on the guide's list. He almost left us at the meeting point. He tried to contact the tour operator (Tourist Israel) without success. Everyone was waiting on the bus. He picked us up in Jerusalem and they came from Tel Aviv. Finally we boarded the bus being told that if it was not the right tour, we would have to pay again! In the end, it was a very nice trip. The guide was a bit of a word hunter in English and a bit lacking in dynamism but he was still interesting and very patient. Entrance fee to the Dead Sea should have been included but was not. On the other hand, the guide managed to get us in for free.

Nice day, well organized, plenty of time at all three locations. Good guide there. A mess at the boarding point. You have no idea who to approach. Was there in good time and when someone finally walked around and we were able to check in, I was told that I was late @ # & €€ & @@@ ###
