Driver came a little late to pick us from hotel. Journey to water falls was fine however the seats we got on the minibus were not that comfortable. On Arrival we were met with Hamid the guide who explained the itenary but was rather rude when I asked him some questions about the nature of the 1 hour walk to the waterfalls as my wife has high blood pressure and has issues on walking in steep eneven terrain. As it tuned out the route to the water falls was a very steep gorge path and was slippery at places. The only good thing was that there were steps on the way up. This was not made clear to us as I wanted this clarified but the guide took offence and made comments about my English. Having lived in the UK for more than 50 years as a proffesional I have good fluency of the English language than the guide. I think this should be clarified on your itenary as well. The waterfalls was very beautifull and overall nice day out and would recommend it to anyone.

Nice but a lot of extra costs

Nice long drive to ouzoud. There you and your group got off the bus with a guide. The guide costs money. At the eatingervallen you had to pay for transfer (the bridge would happen to be broken). After the boat trip you ended up in a restaurant where lunch had to be paid, no other possibility to sit for a while. In short, nice trip but count on € 30 more.

A beautiful experience

Our driver picked us up for the 3 hour drive to the waterfall, stopping half way for a break. He was pleasant and friendly giving us information on the different areas we drove through, these were a real eye opener of things we take for granted. Once at the falls he got us a guide to walk us around, he gave us information and took photos for us at the different points, once we had done the walk we had food in the restaurant at the top, we had the traditional food of Morocco. All in all it was a good day.
