I feel like this tour didn’t have a lot of information. I also booked an English tour and we were put in a group with half Italian and half English so information of what was what and where to go took twice as long to be relayed. I was also told to meet at 7:30am but nobody was at the location so we went in to get coffee and was sent a message to say the group is waiting for us at 7:45. The group we were with also spent tour time ducking into shops and holding the group up when they could have done that in free time. Overall, for the price we paid, I think this could have happened without the guide.
It was Excellent. We enjoyed from the get go. Everything marvelously organized. ALL Tickets, Ferry, Buses, both ways went perfectly well. Everything was on time. Michele the guide was super nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Again, I think going on one's own for the first time is NOT worth it. These guys know the bus drivers, everything is coordinated on time. Guides have great have recommendations in Capri and Annacapri.
It was perfect. They showed us all the sights and we were able to see them up close. Maybe if the tour guide had not been in live speech, but on audio, it might have been better to hear.
Guide was extremely helpful and friendly. The tour was super great manage to do everything within time and was super efficient. Will surely recommend it to others. :)
