What People Are Saying About Malta

Very fun tour! Bought amazing seafood lunch in Marsaxlokk.

The Blue Grotto was fun. Sit on the left or front of the boat for the best pictures. I was on the right and could not get much. Marsaxlokk is a nice fishing village. Fishing boats are colorful. There is a seafront row of restaurants to choose from. The market is a combination of farmer's market with fresh produce and fish combined with a flea market of souvenirs and cheap clothes etc.

The tour guide was superb and knew the islands history well!

The tour guide gave an impressive commentary about the history of the island and the character of the people. We enjoyed the day tremendously!

Informative, interesting, well organised, Mark was an excellent guide

Very informative, interesting, well organised, Mark was an excellent tour guide. Transport was organised via a small bus picking us up from hotel and others from hotels near by then meeting up with the coach that took us on the tour.

Good guide, good tour, learned a great deal.

Hannah was very knowledgeable and the route was well chosen. She coped admirably with the two languages (English and German) tirelessly doubling up the talk time. We benefited from that, as we both speak both languages, so if we had missed something in the one, we got it back in the second! The indoor tours were well equipped with us each having a mobile-phone sized speaker, so that she could talk in an hushed tone e.g. inside the cathedral and we were not interrupted by the numerous other guided groups' guides.

Eye-opening sights with a guide who made sense of all the history.

I cannot stress how enjoyable this trip was and the importance of experiencing this part of Malta's past. The guide made what I was seeing come alive and I learned so much from her summations of what was being presented. A lovely day among Malta's prettiest temples. And no stress--I was picked up at the time promised and returned to my hotel on time so I could make my plane flight. The only negative was not GETYOURGUIDE's fault-- The Taxien temple was closed to the public and could not be visited. Bummer.
