What people are saying about Madurodam

Overall rating

4.3
(1,061 reviews)

This was a great way to check out 3 places close to Amsterdam w/o having to take yourself to each by public transportation. It was a comfortable double decker tour bus. Tour guide spoke both English and Spanish. The only problem we incurred was the Delft square time (which was also our lunch time) - it had to be cut short since there was traffic and we had to hurry and get to our boat tour. Cutting our lunch time and time to explore meant getting something quick and walking around while eating. (They warned us not to bring food due to smells). Two of our group was left behind— although he did stress to be back in time or we will be left. The boat tour was a bit on the long side, it would have been nice to be at the Rotterdam Square longer esp since they had a food hall. But all in all— we are glad we did it. Tip: try to find the tours office the day before you have to meet. It can be tricky.

We were supposed to go to Rotterdam, Delft, and Hague. We were booked for an hour canal cruise around Rotterdam. The tour guide changed the itinerary and made Hague the first stop. Because Rotterdam is a city we got stuck in traffic on a Friday at3ish and missed our boat tour. The tour guide should never change the tour.

Overall it’s an excellent trip. Unfortunately it’s a bit rushed due to the visit to three cities in one day. The host was great. Time at Rotterdam market was so minimal - that was sad. The cities are beautiful, worth the time and money.

Leidse is an exceptional guide! only the car was small and not comfortable due to the amount of people.

Really worthwhile way to see Rotterdam, Delft and The Haig. The day is long but just loved it
