What to Expect
Enjoy a free 3-hour walking tour of Madrid, and experience an alternative side to the city’s landmark, monuments, and historic neighborhoods.
Departing from the central Puerta del Sol, your guide will immerse you in the energetic vibe of the city, describing what the capital was like throughout history, and how it turned to be the city that it is today.
As well as the history, you will discover the artistic side to the city, see areas popular for nightlife, and discover modern architecture. Walk through history, as you learn about the former Moorish empire, Napoleon's invasion, and the dark side of the holy Spanish inquisition.
Guides work on a tips-only basis, but they never pressure you to leave a gratuity. Feel free to tip what you can afford and what you feel the tour was worth!
