Enjoy Madrid from a unique perspective as you embark on a guided Segway Ninebot tour — a unique and fun way to admire some of the top sights of the city.
What to Expect
Meet your guide in central Madrid and start with a practice session to familiarize yourself with your 2-wheeled transport. Once you feel comfortable with the Ninebot, glide from Calle San Nicolás to the Lepanto garden and Plaza Oriente, with the famous equestrian statue of Philip IV on horseback, adjacent to the Palacio Real.
Head to the plaza de la Catedral de la Almudena, before entering the typical old district of La Latina to admire the Iglesia de San Andrés, the Plaza de la Paja, the Iglesia de San Pedro, the Palacio Arzobispal, the Palacio Del Cordón and the Basílica de San Miguel. From there, continue to the famous Plaza de la Villa.
After this, head to the Mercado San Miguel, the mecca of gastronomy in Madrid. Cross the beautiful Plaza Mayor, Madrid’s main square, before the tour continues the Plaza Del Ángel, the Palacio de Marqués de Ugena, the Museo del Prado, and the Iglesia San Jerónimo. Finally, end the tour with a visit to the Iglesia de San Ginés, a church located on the Camino de Santiago.
