We really enjoyed the tour. Everyone at Union Station was extremely helpful. Things can get confusing between catching the blue line, but all you have to do is talk to the staff on the bus. They do their best to make it easy for everyone. The only suggestions for improvement. The web site says hours are until 4 but the last busses run until 5. I would also include an on line map with the on line vouchers and make it clear where you need to pick up the bus. You have to show your on line voucher in order for them to print out your tickets. You would think your on line voucher would be your ticket to show each time you get on and off, but that is not the case. You have to have an actual physical ticket they print out for you.

Overall it was a good experience. I liked seeing the staffers at some of the stops. However, it was unorganized at Union Station. I was left at Union Station because the driver said we would leave at 4:10. I arrived from back to the bus from the restroom at 4:08 only to see the bus driving away.

It has an announcement and tells you where you at ( landmark) history about the area and landmarks. They give individual earphones to listen better.I also like the get off and get back on at any of their bus stops , so that was great easy. Mr. James J. Was an excellent tour bus driver .

Great tour that took longer than the promised 2 hrs. Stopped at all the iconic/ tourist attractions with time of the bus at 2 stops. Good commentary and driver was also great. We have done a night tour in NYC and this was much better. Great value for money

great value for money and great way to see the main sights in Washington. all the drivers, agents and guides we encountered were very polite, helpful and welcoming. would definitely recommend to other visitors
