  • Lund & Malmö: Guided Tour of 2 Countries in One Day

    1. Lund & Malmö: Guided Tour of 2 Countries in One Day

Start your day of adventure in front of the Grand Hotel, here you will meet your friendly and informative guide. After a short meet and greet you will hop aboard your comfortable vehicle and set off on your adventure.  Commence your tour with a visit to Hamlet's Castle, one of the most famous tourist landmarks in this area. Shortly after this take a scenic drive down the coastal road of Strandvejen and arrive in the charming old town of Helsingør, known as Elsinor in English. Whilst in Elsinor you will be given time to peruse the fascinating streets of this beautiful city before boarding a boat to head to Sweden.  Aboard your boat, you will sail across the Øresund, travelling to the shores of Sweden. Once you arrive in Sweden you will drive down the picturesque country roads to the ancient city of Lund. Here you can visit the Lund Cathedral, a church built in 1145. Behind the Cathedral...

Good experience and very informative. My suggestion would be to have a microphone or something so that people at the back of the vehicle can hear the guide, especially if people in the front of the vehicle are talking.

Admire the impressive Øresund Bridge, one of the longest bridges in Europe, as you journey from Copenhagen to Sweden. This is a good tour where is allows you to see southern Sweden in a day. However, you just get dropped off in Lund and Malmo and you have to manage your activities. You are in each town for about two hours. The bus driver provides details of the history of the town, historic buildings etc. while on the bus on your way to your destination. The bus is clean and the bus driver is knowledgeable and informative.

The city of Copenhagen has more than enough to offer. The Tour over the Oresund Bridge to Lund and Malmö, we have all experienced as the icing on the cake. Despite COVID-19 and less tourists as a result, this tour went ahead and none of those were in attendance regretted it. The road was closed due to a cycling race and we had to detour for an hour. With everyone's permission, the tour was extended by an hour. Even during the detour, the guide was able to share with us a lot of information about the city and where we passed. A secret added city was amazing.

I enjoyed the tour. The tour itself was good. The driver & guide were very professional, friendly & knew what they were doing. I just wish the tour wouldn't include Helsingor, Denmark so we'd have more time in Lund & Malmo. Just 2 hours in Lund & 2 hours in Malmo, it's just not enough. I meant I did the tour in a big rush. Imagine the older clients who walk slower and some even used cane. It must be tough on them. Other than that, it's a great & fun experience.
