La Palma: Guided trekking tour Springs Marcos y Cordero

La Palma: Guided trekking tour Springs Marcos y Cordero

After an amazing transfer by 4×4 on tracks in poor condition, we arrive at the Casa del Monte, 1,300 metres above the sea. And from here, with helmets and torches, we discover a spectacular environment full of lush vegetation that runs along the old canal. You will walk along one of the most special paths on the island (PR-LP 6) which crosses through thirteen narrow tunnels until it reaches the Marcos and Cordero springs. But first you have to cross the water tunnel, where no one escapes a refreshing shower. Please note that this hike is not suitable for everyone as there is a large negative slope, so being in good physical condition is very important.

The trip was really beautiful and varied. From the rainforest, to a banana plantation, to a trip to the sea. The guide was really friendly and super funny. The tasting on the plantation was lovingly prepared and incredibly delicious (everything is grown there, also suitable for vegans). I'd be happy to go again, I can really recommend it! PS Make sure you take a rain jacket with you. We assumed that it wouldn't be necessary due to the great weather in the south and were proven wrong 😄

Very lovely trip, out guide Victor was very entertaining and friendly. We spent the day visiting the Rain forest and a local farm, we tried local fruits. The walk is easy adapted to everyone.

A big thank you to the guide Victor! The excursion is really exotic! And the lunch just perfect in the middle of bananas and the forest!

Everything under the direction of the excellent tour guide Jaga, so the driver was also excellent. I definitely recommend it 🙂

Big "Thank you very much" to Victor and Santi for this amazing tour. We had a beautiful day.
