Combine the fun of the Amazing Race with a 90-minute Scavenger Hunt to add a new dimension to your Los Angeles visit. Smartphone-guided teams solve clues and challenges while learning about the history of the downtown area. This Quest ends at LA Live.
What to Expect
Turn downtown Los Angeles into a giant game board with a 90-minute Scavenger Hunt for a team of up to 5 players!
Urban Adventure Quest has created an interactive scavenger hunt that combines the fun of the Amazing Race with a shorter, 1-2 hour sightseeing tour of downtown Los Angeles. Guided from any smartphone, groups make their way among well-known and overlooked gems of the city, solving clues and completing challenges, while learning about local history.
The Los Angeles Mini Quest starts at the Public Library and takes you on an adventure through historic downtown Los Angeles, ending in the heart of the city's entertainment center, LA Live, giving your team the chance to enjoy several food and entertainment options at the end of your Quest.
Using a smartphone as the guide allows participants to start the Quest when they want and determine their own pace of play. Stop for a bite along the way or have a drink at LA Live, if you like.
Offered at a fixed price for a group, as opposed to per-person pricing, this city tour/game offers a great value to those on a budget.

Know Before You Go
Your team may have as many people as you like. However, the Quest is typically best with no more than 5 players on each team. Large groups can break up into many teams and compete for the best point score and time. Each team needs to purchase a Quest with a unique email address and password.
All information you need to start your Quest will be sent to your smartphone, which will be your guide (you will not meet with an actual person).
You may purchase your Quest days, weeks, or months before your adventure.
It is recommended that you bring water, snacks, money, a city map, a calculator, pencil and paper, and, of course, a fully charged smartphone.
