The departure was very punctual, but the guide was in a hurry to return from Portillo/Laguna del Inca saying that we would encounter a lot of traffic on the way back. We left there before 10:15 in the morning, and we only stayed there for 1 hour, which for me was quite sad since I thought we would spend at least 2/3 hours there. The picnic was very good and well-served. The driver was very good, he made sure we were safe on the way :)

Great tour — Alvaro was funny, personable and patient with the group. Potentially a bit too much time spent at Portillo because security limited the movement of non guests but in the winter it was gorgeous. Great job

Very good guide Gabo, and good driver Juan, Gabo constantly gave details of the places we passed, helped us with photos, and clarified doubts...perhaps extending the time for skiing would have been perfect.

Portillo is beautiful! We will definitely be back, but this time in the summer to see the thawed lagoon. The trip is worth it!
