What People Are Saying About Lord's Cricket Ground
The tour guide John was very knowledgeable and amusing and whilst all the memorabilia and history is interesting, the quality of the guide really made the difference, particularly with his anecdotes and some less well known facts about the history of the ground, the protocols & rules and the players.
We had an interesting and enjoyable morning, giving us a real insight into the whole Lord's experience - its history and the procedure behind the scenes.
Despite awful weather Graham our tour guide did a fantastic job. He really knew his stuff and shared his knowledge very entertainingly. When I mentioned Rachel Heyhoe Flint he revealed he was a Wolves fan!, top lad!
The tour guide was great both knowledgeable and a gentleman. A great morning at the home of cricket.
What makes the Lord's tour worth it is the quality of the guide. Richard kept us engaged for two full hours. I will not mind going again.
