Full description

This full-day tour is a must-do excursion for all visitors to London. Get to see the famous Windsor Castle, the mysterious stone circle of Stonehenge and the beautiful Georgian city of Bath. Transport and guided tours at all locations are included.

Start at Windsor Castle, home to the Royal Family for 900 years. It is still an Official Residence of the Queen. Visit the magnificent State Apartments, still used for state occasions and Royal receptions.

Explore the castle grounds and the 14th-Century St. George's Chapel, one of the most beautiful examples of medieval church architecture in England and a burial place of kings and queens, including Henry VIII and his third wife Jane Seymour.

Continue through the Wiltshire countryside to Stonehenge. Shrouded in mystery, the ancient stone circle of Stonehenge is an amazing feat of engineering and the most important prehistoric site in England.

Head west to Bath, a beautiful Georgian city with handsome honey-colored architecture and the famous Roman baths. Enjoy a panoramic tour of some of Europe’s finest architectural sights, including Bath Abbey, the Royal Crescent, the Circus, Assembly Rooms, and Pulteney Bridge.

Choose the option to explore the Roman Baths, built around thermal springs, which have been supplying water for over 2,000 years.

It’s a lot to do in one day, and I appreciated the guide very much. Honestly, I would prefer for the trip to have been an hour or so longer to allow a chance to eat at some point along the way. There are no stops just for food and it can be a challenge to even get take-away or street food on the schedule as it is run. At minimum, maybe just advise folks that this is going to be the case and have folks bring bagged lunches and whatnot. We ended up having to take time away from the sites to try to grab a quick bite. We did two very long days in Scotland that had extra time built in for that purpose and we were ok with the extra time. Again, the guide was wonderful and the sites were amazing. This one thing is the only mark that makes this only a 4-star package for me. Good value for the money!

Everything about the venues was awesome. Our problem was we were not aware that we would have to walk quite so much at Windsor and that schedules would be so tight we would not have time to eat. We are seniors and the trip through Windsor was so rushed we hardly saw anything. We practically had to run back to the coach. Very stressful and very hard on us.

Perfect for someone who doesn’t have much time in London/UK. This is a long day tour and lots of bus riding but a great guide Debra makes it all worthwhile! She’s very knowledgeable and makes the whole experience even better. I had a wonderful time as a solo female traveler. And the weather was exceptional for end of November. Cheers!
