Food exceeded our expectations. Nicely presented cooked beautifully and tasted fabulous. Very pleasant and helpful staff.Views great. Commentary not very clear to start with from a volume perspective. But later on much clearer and upstairs no problem. Very good commentary. Would thoroughly recommend this trip and an ideal leisurely Sunday lunch. How does the saying go? For messing’ about on the river!

The access to the boat was a long walk for a person with mobility issues but it was safe. The seats were uncomfortable for a 1.5 hour trip. The staff were lovely, really helpful and the drivers were very knowledgable and comical. The dinner served was delicious, we could not fault it. The bar prices are not unreasonable either. But take cash as the internet connection for payments is temperamental! Overall, a lovely dinner and an amazing experience with great service. Would definitely do this again.

It was fortunate in a way that there weren't too many people on the boat. This meant distancing was not an issue. The day was very warm and sunny which also helped with the experience. As for the commentator, his funniest joke was that he's been doing this for 40 years but wasn't a professional narrator. We ordered two drinks which weren't available mainly due to stocks and covid I believe, but the waiter was very accommodating by allowing us to try a cocktail on the basis that if we didn't like it he would change it. That is service for you.
