See the highlights of majestic London on an open-top bus tour. You’ll visit St. Paul’s Cathedral, see the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace, and have time for photos at Westminster Abbey. You can also take a boat ride at the end of the tour!
What to Expect
See the best of London on this 3-hour bus tour, and choose the optional river boat ride for a scenic journey down the River Thames. Travel by bus to get a panoramic tour of West End and the City of London. Highlights in this area include a photo stop at the spectacular Westminster Abbey, and a drive past the Palace of Westminster where you can see Big Ben.
From West End, your tour continues to the magnificent Saint Paul’s Cathedral. The cathedral was built by Sir Christopher Wren in the 17th century and soon became an iconic London landmark. Situated on top of Ludgate Hill, the cathedral was one of London's tallest buildings until the 1960s. On Sundays, due to Church services, there is no guiding inside St Paul’s Cathedral.
After exploring Saint Paul’s Cathedral, your tour continues to Buckingham Palace. Buckingham Palace is well-known for its un-smiling guards in red tunics and bearskins. Days when the changing of the guard occurs, your guide will take you up to the gate to witness the famous ceremony. On days when the ceremony does not take place, your guide will take you to view the Horse Guards Parade, a different traditional ceremony.
If you book the River Boat ride, you'll get to enjoy it on the River Thames. This chance to view London from the Thames ensures a panoramic view of the dynamic London skyline, and second views of London’s many attractions.
