It was a delight to see inside the staterooms of Buckingham Palace. The audio guide was great - we chose the family option for our 8 year olds and they loved going through the rooms, learning facts and taking part in activities. The staff were so knowledgeable, with lots of interesting facts and tips (including where to sit in the ballroom for the air con!) Outside, the cafe was cute and not as expensive as we expected. The gift shop was incredibly well stocked, with something for everyone. Overall, a really fantastic experience and highly recommended

Very crowded and busy in all rooms. We bought tickets ahead of time and for a specific time, thinking that there is a limit on how many people can come in at one time. There did not seem to be a cap on how many people could enter at any one time. It seemed as if we could have begun the tour at any time. The tour allowed us in to the main rooms and the information was interesting. A few more details on the people who used the rooms would have been nice but overall, a nice insight into the life of the royals.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Buying tickets on line was extremely easy and I was notified on the morning of the trip with further information. The organisation at the Palace was exceptional considering how many people the staff had to get through the doors. A little bit of queuing, but again , this moved very quickly. Absolutely brilliant - a must to do.
