Discover London's beautiful Royal Parks, learn about their history, and see the city's famous palaces on this delightful 4.3-mile (7km) route. Run past Horse Guards Parade, where you might catch a glimpse of the Changing of the Guard, and through St James's Park towards Buckingham Palace - if the Royal Standard flag is flying, then you'll know the Queen is home!

Continue on through Hyde Park and discover the delights of running along the banks of the Serpentine lake. Visit the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain followed by  the former residence of the Princess (now home to Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge) set in the beautiful surroundings of Kensington Gardens.

The tour ends here at Kensington Gardens, giving you the chance to explore more of this beautiful park and neighbourhood on your own. You can also let your guide show you the way to the nearest tube stations or explain how to reach other areas of London.

All of the guides carry a backpack and will be able to carry small items such as wallets and travel cards. However, guides are unable to carry larger items so you should come prepared for this, and should bring your own backpack if necessary. Please note that the guides cannot be held responsible for any damage to your belongings.
