We just booked a bus trip to Pisa from Livorno centre. We were told where to be and how to identify the assistants. Arrived early and the assistant was clearly identifiable. With a choice of cafes around we asked whee we the best place to get breakfast was and she obliged by directing us to a location a couple of minutes away with some of the best pastries and coffee experienced on our cruise and staggeringly inexpensive with friendly staff ( not something we found that common in Italy to be honest) . On returning to the pick up location we were given a sicker to ensure that we got on the correct bus by another helpful assistant and we boarded at 10am prompt as booked. 40 min journey on a comfortable bus to Pisa as described and pick up at 1pm on the dot as advised. Everything about the Company looked professional and well organised and we would have pre-booked more excursions with them if I'd known what to expect.

Upon disembarkation , please, take one of the Livorno porto2000 shuttle-bus services from your cruise ship to the meeting point in Via Cogorano (City center shuttle bus). The ride is about 10-15 min. At the bus stop you’ll find Shore experience staff wearing green T- shirt. We will escort you to the bus.
