The meeting point was a challenge. I got there and couldn't find the guide. The confirmation email said the guide would be wearing a red shirt and have a red umbrella. When I eventually found the guide, he had neither. The only reason I found the guide was because I spotted a guy looking back and forth with two people near him. I decided to chance it and ask if he was the guide. He was. As for the tour, it was great! Guide, Antonio, was very knowledgable about everything. He even took us to the famous pastry shop to eat the tarts. I learned a lot about Belem and glad I did the tour.

The tour was well organised in time, just make sure that you have correct ticket with you otherwise you can buy from them too. ( I had to buy the ticket from the tour because I bought the wrong one from the metro station, so if you are not sure what to buy, just get a ticket from the tour ) Rita was our tour guide, very knowledgeable and well explain during the tour.

Overall, a solid tour experience with a knowledgeable and funny guide. We had to cut the visit down to Belem tower, which I think should have been included. He asked permission of the group and while we consented as a group, a few of us talked later about how we would have liked to have gone to the tower. I think this could have been arranged easily if other stops with long histories were trimmed.
