What People Are Saying About Lisbon

Access to public transport simplified by having a 42 hr travel pass.

Public transport in Lisbon is excellent . By purchasing a 42 hr pass prior to our arrival, which we then collected at Lisbon Airport, our use of the system was enhanced and removed any stress associated with visiting a City for the first time and not speaking the language. Would definitely recommend.

wonderful way to get to know the city and pay less in lots of places

I went to lisbon with my friend for a few days and we tried Smart Visit Discover & Taste kit. It is great because it gives you lots of options. The circuits allow you to discover the city on your own, with maps and simple explanations of the places to visit, and with the vouchers we tasted wonderful wine and pastry for so little money! It's a bargain! Loved the azulejo museum.

Card was a good deal to visit lots of sites and use public transport

The 72 hour cards were a great deal for us because we visited many sites and used public transportation. The sites we visited were either free or had a nice discount with the card. All public transportation was free and very convenient. I would highly recommend the card for active visitors who like to visit museums and monuments in Lisbon.

Great value if you want to visit museums and attractions

Well worth purchasing if you want to visit museums and attractions, not just use the metro/trams and walk the streets.

All forms of travel, some activities free - make sure to visit sintra

Used the card for the train and metro, however we could have also used it for buses and the elevator too. We got into the Belem Tower and Monastery for free, and got discounts from the castle and palace in Sintra (which is definitely worth a visit), as well as the zoo. Was useful to have for convenience, however unsure how much money we actually saved as the metro is fairly cheap and can get you to most places within the immediate city.
