Great way to see the city. Very easy to exchange this voucher for a ticket at one of the Big Bus kiosks at Bayside Marketplace. Buses were generally on time and the app was useful with its live tracker function. I used the hop on hop off bus on a Friday in late May and didn’t struggle to get a seat in any bus.

A great short intro to South beach for those on a short stay like us. Helps decide where best to spend remainder of time. Victor was a fabulous guide and gave us all the info we needed.

It was perfect, Miami is a beautiful city, the big bus tour is essential for a first visit and the boat tour is an incredible visual extra!

Everything worked out great, we got the ticket on the bus and got the boat tickets at the harbor. Both are highly recommended.

The bus tour was very informative. The boat tour in between was a welcome change.
