Learn about the Peruvian culture with an encounter with its national drink, Pisco! Enjoy an evening out in Lima, beginning with a short walking tour of the center. Then visit 3 area bars to try cocktails made with the drink and sample local pub foods.
What to Expect
Spend time in Lima's historical center on a 3.5-hour pub crawl. Begin with a short walking tour of the nearby attractions and architectural monuments. Then continue on to the bars.
Your first stop is Bolivarcito, where you can try a Pisco Sour, the natural drink of Peru. You will hear about its history and also learn how to make the drink.
Then walk on to Queirolo, an old bar located one block away. Here you will make your own Chilcano, a drink made of pisco and ginger ale.
After that, head to Munich, a piano bar in the vicinity. Take the opportunity to taste other drinks made of pisco, including the Peru Libre and the Machu Picchu. If you are hungry, you may also opt to order salchipapa (French fries with fried sausages).
Feel free to request your favorite song and the player will be happy to satisfy your request, or simple mingle with others. At the end of the night, you will be taken to your hotel or, on request, to a local club.
