You will start in one of the first premises that formed the first university in the Americas, the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos, which was founded in 1551 and is now used as part of the cultural center “La Casona de San Marcos”.
Visit Casa Osambela, a colonial house of particular interest, and Casa de Aliaga, a stunning mansion owned by the same family since the viceroyalty. Visit the Hotel Bolivar with its rich architecture and elegant interiors. Here you will experience the barman making the typical Peruvian cocktail, the Pisco Sour, for you to taste.
