Overall rating

Our experience was good but we were stood up on the first confirmed date. We were all up at 4 :30 am to meet our bus at 5:30 but no show that day because the driver couldn’t find us. We chose date and enjoyed our day. The hot springs we went to were great but the showers/change rooms lacked cleanliness and most of the showers didn’t work. The fella at the front desk was less than friendly and not very accommodating.

Nacho is a very friendly person, he accompanied us throughout the tour, he is an excellent guide, it was a day full of adventures and at the hands of the best.
