Enjoyed the trip immensely but communication could be improved on.

The information received after the reservation was made could have been clearer. The reservation said to ask the hotel where we would be picked up and, the only time on the reservation was 8:00. The hotel had no idea where we would be picked up and had to call the company. That's how we found out the company would begin making calls at 7 AM the morning of the trip to tell us where to be picked up and what time. If this fact was on the reservation we would have been better prepared and less stressed out. Also, it would have been nice to let us know in advance which hotel we were going to, which turned out to be the Tropicana, and that we were getting a $10 food voucher and not a free buffet as the reservation said. But despite all this, we did enjoy the buffet and the Colorado River and the scenery on the trip and the narration of the bus driver. Well worth the $5 fee.
