Recommended to bring: camera, mineral water, comfortable sports shoes, sunscreen, sun hat.   • 4. It is not recommended that tourists leave the tour early. Losses caused by personal reasons, such as leaving the tour early, shall be borne by the tourists themselves, and the tour fees already paid will not be refunded.

What an amazing trip. We had Ai as our tour guide. We were in a group of mostly Chinese and Ai made sure to translate in English for us to understand. He took us to places that were not listed that locals would only know about. Tips: bring cash, snacks a big jug of water and sunscreen. Van can be rocky at times so if you get motion sickness bring sea-bands or Dramamine. The hotels are 2 star budget but were comfy and clean. Also going through Utah to AZ you will travel through Navajo land, if you have a smart watch it will go in and out of time zones as Navajo land time has its own rules. You spend a lot of time traveling but get to see the highlights of each national park. This is a great trip to experience a lot in a short amount of time.

We had a good time enjoying all the sights stated on the itinerary. However, our tour guide turned out to be just a driver. Because his English proficiency was limited we didn't get additional information about the National Parks, as we saw with other guides from the same company we met on the way. Ours just dropped us off at the locations and told us how much time we had at each park. But most importantly, when he was pulled over for speeding, he turned out not to have a valid drivers license. When we contacted the tour company about the latter, they ignored our concern.

I think the tours are great, but I realized that it really depends on the tour guide. I booked the Antelope tours on the upper side, but this guide (company), which is outsourced by getyourg、had not done anything but told me that they cannot do anything since they are different company from GYG Even I had insistently asked them to contact to get your guide, they have not contacted to it. Although I obviously ordered the tour on the upper side, they kept telling me that the translation done by the app is wrong, that I am wrong, that I should go see both, or that I should see the upper when I come back for a trip, etc. I didn't make a mistake. I gave up and ended up telling myself that he works only as a driver, not a guide、 he did not tell us not even a word of apology when he arrived 20 minutes late in the morning to meet us. Being late is strictly forbidden, whether you are a guide or a driver. Human error is inevitable, but I wish that he would at least try to follow up afterwards.
