Explore the art of crafting "Corzetti," a traditional pasta shape, along with innovative variations of fresh pasta. Learn how to craft Genovese Pesto, harmonizing basil, garlic, and pine nuts in the timeless mortar. Lastly, with your skilled hands, assemble the most famous Italian dessert– Tiramisu.

We ended up booking a cooking class because the weather was going to be rainy and stumbled upon the best cooking class we’ve taken! Ermanno and Clara are wonderful hosts and welcomed us into their home. The food we made was delicious! Very hands on and small group. We loved sharing a meal with them. We took the train to Levanto (one stop north of Cinque Terre) and they picked us up from the train station. A quick ride to their house and a lovely afternoon. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Ermanno and Clara at their lovely home in Levanto. The class was very intimate and we never felt rushed (perfect for a first time cooking class!). The two were both evidently very passionate about food and happy to answer any questions we had about Cinque Terre, the cuisine, or Italian culture. Getting to eat the food that we’d prepared ourselves with the other guests, accompanied with aperol and wine was such a treat!! An absolute must-do for those visiting the area. Thank you Ermanno and Clara was inviting us to your home and giving us an experience to remember! ❤️

The hosts welcome small groups into their home kitchen. It was a fun and informative cooking class learning how to make pasta, Pesto and Tiramisu by hand using local ingredients. The small group made for a personal and intimate experience. Clara and Ermanno were welcoming and warm. We highly recommend this experience.
