A fun adventure, Bus pick up was on time and in front of our reception. The bus was quite dirty and in poor condition but as we realised this is the case with most tours not just Hacienda. It’s about 1H30 drive total from your hotel to the Hacienda, but the place is beautiful. Well organised center, brand new but with a homey feel and well laid out. The tour guide is clear and you are sorted by bracelet colours to follow a smooth activity journey and not overcrowd activities. We started with the horses, the walk was nice in a beautiful scenery, and through the jungle, they do not explain to you anything on how to ride so you should perhaps be familiar prior to it. Buggies was great fun our favourite, you need a drivers license though they didnt check them in our case. The river swim is nice and needed after all that mud. Lunch was very good and copious! The zip lining offers a wonderful view of the pure untouched jungle as the ranch is very isolated. Overall wonderful experience !

The experience was unforgettable. From the punctual hotel pick-up to the well-organized return journey, everything worked perfectly. The stay in the park was very well structured and the division of the many visitors into smaller groups was sensible and pleasant. My personal highlight was the visit to the farm, where you could get close to the animals. You could also try homemade coffee, chocolate and Mamajuana - a real taste experience. It was nice to see how well the animals are looked after. The parrot show was also fascinating. The lunch was delicious and the entire crew was friendly and competent. It really is like that: you get 7 great experiences for a price that is definitely worth it. I would do this activity again any time - simply an all-round great experience!

Very nice day. The seats in the bus are just a bit small to sit next to each other with two people. Furthermore, it is a super beautiful park and the zip lines are great. The chairlift gives a great view over the park and over the mountains. We started the day with horseback riding and several guides went with the group to make everything go well. Buggy ride was very muddy, because it had rained heavily the night before, but that also made it fun. Photo service is also perfect. Make sure you bring extra clothes and a towel. Friendly driver and friendly guides. We would definitely book this tour again when we return to the Dominican Republic.

We visited La Hacienda on 14 November 2024. What an amazing day…. everything was perfect, we had so much fun. The stand ours were the buggy ride and zip line. My partner and I both had a chance to drive, which was so much fun. What a blast, we got soaking wet because it had rained heavily the day before, this just added to the thrilling experience. The zip line (5 in all), my first time, what a thrill and amazing photos which I will cherish forever. Our guide at La Hacienda was fabulous, and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Transport and pick up and drop off was great. Well with the money…

Incredible activities: speed, buggy, zip line, jump, everything was perfect but we could not do the safari because it was raining a lot due to lack of weather. But the guide, the restaurant, the food, everything was good, the support at the hotel. My best activity in Punta Cana I recommend 1000%1000
