Overall rating
We got Chris Q. as our guide. He knows where the animals are and knowledgable about them. We were in a group of 10 and Chris took time to take all our pictures on the hanging bridge. Our package includes the hanging bridge, volacno hike , la fortuna waterfalls and hot springs. I didnt feel rushed on any of the locations. The 12 hrs itinerary didnt feel long when you are having fun. It rained while we were in La Fortuna falls but it just made the moment more magical. We skipped the last stop which is the hot springs since there were thunder and lightning later on. Its for our own safety. We didnt mind since we have hot spring pools in our hotel. Highly recommend this tour. Just note there is alot of walking.
We didn’t get off to a great start as we were accidentally booked onto the wrong tour however the owner did everything he could to arrange a guide (Chris who was great and came in on his day off) also sort transport including picking us up himself. The food was good too. Both myself and parter really enjoyed the time in the hot springs too.
It was a really comfortable bus journey. Our driver, Gerardo, was so friendly and helpful. Free WiFi on board with bottle of water and a pillow. Highly recommend!
We had the best time and glad we purchased this package!
