    Enjoy a 2-hour guided walk through Ecocentro Danaus Bio Reserve with a naturalist tour guide who will help you spot the local wildlife as well as tell you more about the Costa Rican ecosystem. Discover a wide variety of flora and fauna along the easy trail in the forest reserve.  This biological reserve is located just few miles outside of La Fortuna, near Arenal Volcano. The ecocenter works with conservation programs, with training on environmental education and sustainable use of the land.     What a wonderful experience! The guide was very knowledgeable and he helped us take incredible photos by putting our cell phones right up against his professional camera. We were able to see a smiling sloth sleeping high up in a tree! After the tour, we were also able to walk around on our own and take more pictures. A great place to visit.

    Our guide Jason was phenomenal!!!! He was so nice, knew a bunch about the local species and made the experience truly special. He spoke both English and Spanish fluently to make our tour even easier because we did not speak fluent Spanish. Full pickup and drop-off and stopping on the road to see some monkeys and a sloth really showed he cared about our time there. Great organization and tour that I would recommend to all. I didn't want to leave!

Our guide Jason was phenomenal!!!! He was so nice, knew a bunch about the local species and made the experience truly special. He spoke both English and Spanish fluently to make our tour even easier because we did not speak fluent Spanish.
