We loved our white water rafting experience! It was our first time rafting and our guides were great. They made us feel safe and were good with instructions. My only real complaint is that we signed up for the Family-Friendly Balsa River Rafting, level 2/3, and we ended up on the Sarapiqui River on a level 3/4 trip. We did not find this out until we were standing by the river and our guides were explaining the excitement ahead.
