Great day with lots of good info and enough breaks to avoid over heating. Carlos knew everything about the city, its history and current state of affairs. All of my BA and Argentina questions were answered with accuracy and respect. I love to support small business owners around the world and would book again in a heart beat! This is the perfect way to see BA.

  • Buenos Aires Bike Tour: South or North Circuit

    3. Buenos Aires Bike Tour: South or North Circuit

After meeting your guide at the local partner's office, listen to a quick safety briefing before receiving your bike (a comfy beach cruiser) and helmet. If you choose the South Circuit, begin with a cycle around San Telmo, one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods, known for its well-preserved colonial architecture. See its many attractions, including the Russian Orthodox Holy Trinity Church, San Telmo Market and Dorrego Square, the heart of San Telmo. Observe life in the square’s cafes, bars, and shops, and watch for spontaneous tango performances – as San Telmo is the center of tango in Buenos Aires.  Next, ride into La Boca, Buenos Aires’ most colorful neighborhood, where a European atmosphere has remained strong since the neighborhood was settled by Italian immigrants. The district is popular with visitors for its brightly painted buildings, especially along the Caminito – the neighbo...

A really great way to see the city

We saw many sites of interested we may otherwise have missed. Our guide was very knowledgeable. The route choice with city and reserve contrast was such a great experience. Helmets are provided but there are a couple busy roads (unavoidable in a city like this) so personally I wouldn’t take a child riding solo unless they were an experienced cyclist.

Fantastic way to get your bearings of Buenos Aires

We did the South tour of Buenos Aires through parts of the city I probably would never have visited had it not been for the bike tour. The bikes are relatively slow and heavy, but perfect for a flat ride through the streets and the Eco park. If you like to cycle, I would highly recommend the tour.

We had an AMAZING experience with Carlos as our guide. He showed us the best parts of Buenos Aires on bike and also suggested some amazing areas to go back and visit. If you’re on the fence, it’s worth every minute.

Very informative tour. Great guide. However, you should be used to cycling in the big city.
