What people are saying about Kyiv

All through a great trip. We were picked up at 8:00 in the morning, and then drove to Chernobyl where our excellent guide Max `the dentist` met us. We then drove to the city of Chernobyl, saw the impressive radar station Duca 1, drove all the way to the Chernobyl plant, and ate in the canteen. We ended up in pripjat, and were full of impressions when we left the area 10 hours later. Max was an excellent guide who told many exciting stories, and showed us places not seen in larger groups. He was very accommodating, and also provided plenty of space for us to just experience without him talking all the time. The whole trip went without any problems, and lived up to expectations… and more. - remember drinks, snacks and possibly sandwiches for the trip. There is nowhere in the `zone` where you can buy anything and we are very happy that we had supplies with. We had a meal included in the price which, among other things, consisted of borscht (beetroot soup). It tasted good.

We went with a 5 person private tour, which was genuinely excellent. It was slightly more expensive to do it privately, but we all agreed it was worth it as it allowed us to do a more detailed exploration of the sites, and meant we were able to avoid the bigger groups. A special thank you to our guide Elena; it was fascinating hearing her first hand experience of living through the disaster whilst she was celebrating her graduation, and she took us to some really interesting locations around Pripyat. Highly recommended.

The trip went smoothly. The driver waited at the airport on time. Unfortunately big car traffic jams in the city

The driver Dennis was so kind and even taught me some ukranian! He was lovely and very professional 10/10

The driver was in standby and its was comfortable car I recommended , the price is acceptable.
