The tour will begin with a beautiful drive along the East cost of Rhodes, heading to Lindos village, a morning of spectacular views and beauty. While heading to Lindos, there will have the chance to see a lot of villages and beautiful views along the way. After arriving to Lindos village, surround yourself with white-washed buildings and gaze upon the historic Acropolis that towers above the village. Take time, you have approximately 4 hours to fully explore in a relaxed fashion on your own, from the quaint village to the remnants of the past. Wander up to the Acropolis and immerse yourself in its rich history whilst snapping up scenes of the sea. After you explore Lindos village you can relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful and famous sandy beach of Rhodes Island. The Lindos Beach or the Saint Paul port. The choice is yours. The tour will end at the 7 springs where will you meet with our expert escort. You will have the opportunity to see the natural beauty with the scent of pine on every breath, with wooden bridges and trickling streams with wild peacocks and ducks. By the entrance, a small lake with turquoise waters is nestled in a pine-clad gorge. The seven springs is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the green surroundings. Adventure seekers may walk around the footpaths searching out the source of each of the seven springs, and pass through the tunnel that takes you from one side of the hill to the other side to see the beautiful color small lake and the small waterfalls.

On the way back to your accommodation, you have a short panoramic photo stop for photos at Lindos Panoramic viewpoint. All this with a comfortable and full air-conditioned coach.

Come to the starting point and meet the guide. Then, begin with a walk through the vineyards to learn interesting facts about the different cultivation methods used. Find out how wine is made. Next, continue to the outdoor bar for a wine-tasting session to enjoy local wine. Following this, head back for a cooking class so you can delve into the secrets of Greek Cuisine. Learn how to make cheese balls, eggplant salad, pitaroudia, kolothokeftedes, dolmades, tirokafteri, black eyed beans with organic vegetables, meatballs, and bread. Head to an outdoor restaurant. Sit down outside and indulge in a multi-course tapas meal, paired with wine. Enjoy the view of the vineyards and olive groves as you eat. After your meal, go back inside to the distillery to taste local tsipouro, a spirit made from grapes. Finish up with a new appreciation for Greek food.

Spend the day exploring Lindos and head to the Acropolis with a guide to learn the history of the monument. Admire the views of the ocean, marvel at the ancient ruins, and walk through the streets of the village. Meet your guide outside your hotel and enjoy a comfortable transfer in an air-conditioned bus. Drive along the coast, passing by rustic villages, vineyards, and olive groves, before you reach Lindos. Be captivated by the Acropolis atop the 400-foot rocky cliff and the whitewashed town surrounded by the sea. Walk 20 minutes uphill through the narrow streets of the town, and take 250 steps up to the temple to see the views from the very top. A licensed guide will accompany you and tell you the story of the island and Lindos. Explore the ancient site and take photos of the breathtaking view. During the tour, you will also pass a Byzantine church and the remains of the castle citadel of the Knights of St. John. Lastly, explore the scenic village of Lindos at your own pace and maybe grab an eat. At the end, board the bus to return to your hotel.

Our Olive Oli & Olives tasting experience takes place in an Olive Oil Mill in traditional Rhodian village of Maritsa. The history of the factory goes back to 1927 when it`s founder, owner of lands with olive trees decided to make a place where he could press olive oil from his olives production. After a few decades his grandsons continue their grandfather project with passion and commitment, having created one of the top olive oil factories in Greece. We will take you in a journey of olives and olive oil production starting from a tree and finishing on a table. You will find out how olive trees grow and how olives are collected. Then our Host will take us to the world of olive oil production explaining the details and secrets of the pressing procedure. You will be able to see the machines and learn how they work step by step and what are the final products. After having this introduction to the olives and olive oil world, there will be nothing better to try and taste! Mr. Nikos will show and explain how check the olive oil acidity (quality) and how to taste the liquid gold that you have already learnt so much about. You will be also able to try the different types Greek Olives , some of the best quality local Olive oil and olives pastes. We will also try some wine from our Host private production, made from one of the oldest varieties of Greek grapes!

Visit the island of Symi on a day trip by boat from Rhodes. Take some time to explore the charming harborside village of Symi, and discover the picturesque beaches and inlets of the south side of the islands, with a fantastic view of the Panormitis Monastery. Start with pickup from your hotel. Depart from the harbor in Rhodes and cruise to the island of Symi. Disembark at the harbor of Symi and discover a beautiful and relaxed fisherman's village with neo-classical pastel-coloured houses. Enjoy some free time to stroll through the quiet streets of the village. Browse the quaint shops in search of natural sea sponges and cooking spices. You can also purchase some lunch in one of the many seaside tavernas. After lunch, board the boat and continue the adventure to the south of the island. Admire the views of the coastline inlets, including the Panormitis Monastery, which is dedicated to the Archangel Michael and is comprised of a large bell tower and an ornate 12th-century church. Finally, relax on the return journey to Rhodes. As you disembark, board the bus for the return journey to your hotel.

Continue your drive through the mountains and visit the quaint village of Apollona. There you can enjoy the traditional foods of a Greek local tavern with local ingredients. You can visit the famous the Church of the Holy Cross with its beautiful pebbled courtyard and magnificent hagiographies. Also you have the opportunity to visit the folklore museum and its exhibits including local traditional clothing and antique olive press. You have a free time to explore the village on your own and meet the local villagers . Your last stop before you return to your accommodation, there will be a free wine tasting session at a traditional winery at Apollona Village, that you have the opportunity to taste the best local wine.
