Discover Krakow's Jewish quarter, the former World War II ghetto area, and sites used in the filming of Steven Spielberg’s award-winning film, “Schindler's List.” On this 3-hour walking tour you’ll visit trendy Kazimierz and see Oskar Schindler’s factory.
What to Expect
During this 3-hour tour you’ll explore the district of Kazimierz, Krakow’s artsy neighborhood characterized by lovely small streets and trendy cafés. This is an area comprised of buildings that witnessed Krakow’s Holocaust.

Before World War II, Jewish culture flourished in this neighborhood for centuries. Steven Spielberg filmed scenes from his Oscar award winning-movie Schindler’s List here.

You’ll continue on to the district of Podgórze to see Oskar Schindler's factory and the remnants of the World War II ghetto that have survived.

In Kazimierz you’ll visit Wolnica Square, the former Jewish district with its synagogues, and the old meat market. In Podgórze district you’ll see the main square of the former ghetto, the remains of the ghetto wall, and Oscar Schindler's factory.
