The visit went very well. We had a guide in a group in English (I don't know how easy it is to have it in Spanish), and they are careful not to forget you when you return on the bus. A detail for those who are surprised by the time of the excursion (about 8 hours): from Krakow it is almost two hours by bus to the museum. At the entrance of the museum there are a couple of places to eat or buy a snack, as well as bathrooms. Only detail: the bathroom of the bus was closed, although I did not ask if they could open it for us.

Excellent experience went with my older children and found my guide/host very knowledgeable and helpful. The Guide/ host Paul also appeared to go out of his way to explain Everything and it was just right (This was a non- guided tour)and he understood exactly how long people would need to spend on specific parts of the Tour. I’m addition the tour started after 11am which was welll received by me who is not good at getting up too early. Most tours appears to start at 8 am otherwise!! Thankyou but apologies I mistakenly kept the tour guide book … Pure oversight on my part. Many thanks Paul

An eye opening day out. Transfer was comfortable (a 1hr 30min coach ride). Guide was informative & helpful. A full day excursion (7hrs). Spent 2hrs in Birkenau, followed by 2hrs in Auschvitz museum (which I don’t think was long enough since there is so much to see). Ticket includes entry to both Birkenau & Auschvitz, as well transfer & a free guidebook with map. For a full day excursion it’s good value (£20 per head) and a must-do if in Krakow. Overall, a good day.
