This tour was excellent. From our tour manager, who waited for us when we went to the wrong hotel for pick up (There are 2 Mecure hotels in Krakow). The guide at Auschwitz and Birkenau was very knowledgeable and brought the tour to life. It's very busy, but we still had enough time for questions and photos. Thankfully it's with headphones, so you can hear the guide, even if you're away from the group. The only slight downside, I would say, was the size of the seats on the coach. A little "snug" for bigger people for a 90 minute each way journey. To be honest, it wasn't a big deal though. Definitely take a tour with a guide. It's worth it.

A bit of a squash in the minibus, but Anna, the driver, and the Auschwitz guide were great. Excellent value for money, at a fabulous promo price of 9,18€.

Well organised and good value for money. Although, the group size was very large and there wasn’t many occasions to ask the guide questions as well as it was a little difficult to follow what she was saying at times. Marcel was very friendly and helpful. Overall a decent tour.
