Our guide was excellent. She explained everything in a powerful but sensitive way. I can’t remember her name but she was brilliant.
it is obviously a sad day but I liked that u could ask anything u wanted and they had stories to tell . I know alot cause I have alot of the books so having areas linked to the books read was even more surreal . quide was very informative . can't believe the size of Birkenau it's massive like how u keep the memories of those who survived and mainly those who's lives where lost alive . A surreal place the peoples personal belongings was very sad specially their hair and babies shoes absolutely Heartbreaking to see with ur own eyes . glad I visited it was the only reason I wanted to visit Poland to support what the museum was set up for . keeping them always in ur thoughts . brilliantly executed tour.
