A really well organised trip out; we arrived early and site was very quiet so we enjoyed a tour less disturbed by other groups which was great. Our tour Natalia was fantastic, spoke in depth about the happenings at the camps and explained to us the feelings that many would have been experiencing. A short drive to Birkenau to experience the full scale of the camps and another, shorter tour, finished the day. Konrad, our bus guide was also great and keen to help, managing to book us onto a salt mine tour on our way back to Krakow with another couple on the same bus as us. Really accommodating and willing to help.

Such an insightful day and a must do if you’re visiting Poland. The trip was very well organised, the tour company notified us the day before of where the bus would pick us up from and at what time. The bus was very comfortable and the group leader was very friendly and helpful and told us what to expect when we got to Auschwitz. Once we arrived we got our tickets and met our tour guide. We spent around 2 hours at the first camp and then had a break before getting back on the bus and driving round to Auschwitz-Birkeneau where we spent around an hour. It was a really eye opening experience and the tour guide went into a lot of detail about the things that happened in the two camps. The tour didn’t feel rushed at all which meant we could really take everything in. Once we had finished we had another break and then the bus took us back to where it picked us up from in the morning. Overall we had a really good day and would highly recommend it to anyone considering booking the tour!
