Excellent host bus Driver was excellent and both guides for Auschwitz-Birkenau & Salt Mine were very informative and excellent knowledge on the venue. Our guide in Auschwitz-Birkenau knew every aspect of the terrible years that people spent in the concentration camp. The Salt Mine tour was a great way to take your mind off earlier visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the mine was amazing tour and all credit to all the miners who mined out a beautiful venue thank you to our guide who works in the technical team at the location she was excellent

Highly recommend this 2 in 1 trip to make the most efficient use of your time in Krakow, especially in the winter months. We were there in early November when the sun sets from 4pm so there is little sightseeing to do unless it’s indoors. The salt mines tour is (obviously) underground and by the time we arrived it was already 5pm and completely dark so we made the best use of the day. We were the first to get picked up for our English tour group at 9am and the driver arrived promptly. We stayed with the same group and had the same bus/driver the whole day so it was difficult to get lost and we could leave our extra belongings in the bus. Both tours were run excellently, and in fact the salt mines guide was extremely funny and charming which was welcomed after the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour (for which the guide was equally impressive). It was a long day but there were many short breaks along the way plus two long >1 hr bus trips and we were back in Krakow by dinnertime.

Milo the driver was friendly, he picked us up on time and we had a smooth journey. The tour was just what we expected. The salt mine was gorgeous and it definitely took our breath away. Auschwitz just felt surreal However we do feel the tour planner needs to incorporate a lunch break and send instructions at least 24hrs before the tour as at on point we worried
