Get a short break for lunch on arrival, and then get shown around Auschwitz I to see the infamous Arbeit Macht Frei sign and some of the administration buildings where the horrors were planned. Look inside the gas chamber where the Nazis committed their hideous genocide, and see personal artifacts belonging to inmates at exhibitions dedicated to their memory. Benefit from a short 15-minute break before going to the Birkenau camp for a 1-hour guided tour. Discover where the prisoners entered the camp and the wooden barracks where they were forced to live. Don’t always believe online negative reviews…. I booked this tour before I read any reviews and afterwards all the reviews I read created a worry doubt in my mind. Would they cancel? Would I be denied a refund is something went wrong? Would they not show up?… My experience couldn’t be further from my worries. After I booked the tour company provided excellent communication, sharing all the relevant information and arrangements regarding pick up times. Everything was fantastic and I felt it was necessary to write a review to provide feedback that won’t inject worry into your tour experience. Anna who picked up was wonderful and she really made our tour better. Teresa who was our tour guide was incredible - mountains of knowledge and truly passionate about auschwitz. From booking this tour to being dropped off at the end it was all such a positive experience. When booking with this company don’t be effected by all reviews - trust your own experience

Very impressive experience. A few times the shivers ran down your spine and you got a knot in your stomach. Terrible to see and hear what happened there. Difficult to understand! Downside was the long queue, even though we should be able to walk through as a group. Queued for over 2 hours. The check on entry went poorly and was greatly exaggerated. Excellent guide who told respectfully and knew a lot. He often kept an appropriate distance. I recommend everyone to go here once, see it as part of the education. This story must be told forever and must never be forgotten.
