In general the experience was super positive and the Italian guide in Auschwitz was really very good and very well prepared. there was a problem with the Italian guide the day before the tour booked and we had to postpone it to the following day; luckily in our case it was not a problem, but I recommend calling the day before the event to check that there are no problems and / or not booking the visit on the last day in order to have some flexibility. In any case, once this problem was solved the experience was perfect!

Wow!!! What a visit!!! The 2 sites are breathtaking!!! The guide was exceptional, very professional and so caring!! Immersing in history for 4 hours left us all speechless! We come out grown up but so small! To review during a next visit to Krakow. Don't miss this life lesson and appreciate things in the present moment! Get your guide is impeccable in terms of organization: sending text messages the day before, a guide during the transfer, another on the sites then return with the bus guide, extra!!

Very well organized - Mateusz was an amazing guide, with very profound knowledge and a strong positive message. The bus was comfortable, and there were clear instructions all along - I never had one question from the moment of booking to the moment when the bus arrived back in Krakow. I signed up for 12 pm tour, and the day before, they asked if they can move me to 11 am tour instead - which was not a big deal, it was properly communicated and 1 hour made no difference to me. Kudos to the team, definitely recommend.
